Hi Tomu. In the dim dark past it used to be that we could send turns direct to each other, that lasted about six months, then that server was closed, and it
all started up like it is now. I have sent emails to support, and everyone else I can think of, but I have never had a reply to any of them. I see in past
posts that this has happened before, does anyone know how long that took to sort out ? Some of my mates are now thinking of giving up altogether, that would be
a shame but I can see their point.

ahem... TOMU is spelled T O M U, not T o m u. It makes me sad when people get it wrong.
We had a serious server problem about a year ago that lasted for a week. I know JG put the servers on a different set up after that and it has been pretty reliable since... until now. How long this will last I have no idea, but please urge your friends not to quit - last year's week long downtime was I think a record. Hopefully it will be back on soon.

Given the relative cost of LSN to some of the MMORPGs and other online games, I'm always surprised and saddened to hear people talk of leaving LSN on these
relatively rare occurrences when the server is down. It's certainly frustrating, but Julian usually extends people's subscriptions to more than make up
for the lost time in the end.

No word received from JG about the problem or that we will all get days added on to our subs... I hope he is working on the subs server problem and will
contact us all in the near future. At least the main server is running again

So now i've managed to resub, but when i send turns in, the web interface isnt updating - I send in a turn 10, server is still saying 'play turn'
on 10. This is happening with all my games currently.
Tried resending the turns manually but its still stuck. Anyone else have this ? Edit: nvm it seems to have taken it half a day to process thats all

Boooooooo!
The last time the server crashed I used Facebook to send a friend request to JG and a quick message about the problem. Im not saying it had any effect on getting the server going again but not long after that it was! Since then JG has accepted my friend request! Ive not dare impose on his private life and spam him with LSN related stuff but if a few people were to shoot off a quick friend request with a note about the current problem he may see them and twiddle some knobs and press some buttons to get the server going?
