I have three games stuck on processing again. I've read through the recent posts about support (and lack of it) and even the idea that the entire service
could be shut down, which is a little annoying, given that I've just paid for another six months. It's not a vast amount of money, but had I known
about the recent issues, I think I'd have spent my money elsewhere! Does anyone know how to contact support, in order to get a timely response?

Games stuck here too. And I only just came back ang re-subbed for 6 months. Would be nice to think my money had gone to fixing these kinds of problems...

This is really crap. Can't really blame people for not re-subbing, what with the number of times this is happening, and the renewed total lack of attention
from JG. Have to admit I wouldn't be resubbing if I didn't still have some retail codes left from the Poundland days!
