I have been brewing for about 6 months (since my missus told be i can not buy any more beer) I have been brewing from from beer concentrate and am about to go to the next level and do my own mash but before I do i want to involve a second fermenter. I just a have a question or two...
I have asked these on brewing forums but the guys there are too heavily into to it and have some really hardcore setup and i feel like a little newbie so I thought i'd ask here.
What the point of the second fermentor as oppose to just fermenting in the bottle, is it really worth it or just another thing to sterilize.
Any thoughts generally on what my setup should be which does not involve gravity infusing, nitrous oxide or building a small lab in my garden.
If anyone know I have a whole heap of other questions
