Doomed is the sexiest, bestest Alliance League clan there is in the world of LSN. And the Clowns smell. Well, that may be harsh. What I mean to say is that they stink and to keep them from crying, the Doomed Clan magnanomously let them think they are better than us by letting them beat us here and there. Undoubtably you'll see them bleating pathetically here soon, but just ignore that. DeadDog is a member of the Doomed Clan. He's a very, very powerful LSN player but he plays for Doomed because we appreciate him as a person and not as a number. Clowns? All they can do is rate you on when you get into and out of the little car. Pathetic really. Alliance League? The bestest player run competition in LSN. Seriously. Find it here. Even should you get snapped up by a different clan than Doomed we'll be honored to meet you on the battlefield. Just do your self respect a favor, don't join the Clowns. Alliance, in case you haven't already gathered, is a compo where you have several LSNers playing together in a team. Indri's link will take you to the main site so you can check the rules, and if you pop along to the forum (either via that site or by clicking the banner in my sig saying the Cursed Clowns) then you can have a browse, and post on the recruitment thread if you feel like joining the absolute best compo in LSN!! We're just coming to the end of a season, but there'll be another one starting up very soon. Also, there's the Specialist League, another team compo, where each team has 4 specialists, one for each race, and the specialist plays the same race for all 8 games in the season. This makes for very different styles of play, as you and your opponent both know what race you'll be facing. It's a great way of getting to grips with all aspects of a race. This time click the banner in my sig saying Dead Things Walking! (Again, a season has just finished so it should be starting up again soon and there's always teams needing new players). And finally, just to completely overload you with info, you should definitely try clicking the scanner picture in my sig at some point.... this will take you to Count Zero's fantastic link scanner website which has links to everything you could possibly need to know about LSN and also has images of all the maps..... an essential resource for all LSNers!! OK, I guess I'll leave you with that lot for now, it should keep you busy for a few hours  |

 I think I have more points than the hidden Vasco. What would be funny if GuiltyCol were to resub as I am still about 15 points behind his last recorded league score. Anyhow I made a brief appearance a few months ago at No1 the last time Hero Boy stopped playing and I happened to find an alliance opponent generous enough to take my league challenge. As for all those thinking about or already sent me a league challange, I am going to most likely decline them all as my RL is still all t*ts up. Low clocks galore and no moving out date for my ex. Guess I am going to have to soldier on for a few more months yet before I can turn my attention to HBs massive lead.... *edit mmmm I really must sort out my sig, its looking most pathetic... DD does have more points than me. I'm going to finish a league match soon, but even if I win the 7 points gained won't be enough to overtake him.
I'm going to try and play more league matches, but I often think that and just end up playing more Random Cup tournaments.             |
