Cause of Problems

I have a couple of questions after reading,

1) How do you reconcile the loss of units on the next battle? Say a marine player loses a couple of grunts and a sniper? How does he go to play the next fight with only 16 fps? Buy 4fps worth of guys and set them to double green and stick them in a corner?

and

2) Is it possible to get more than 20fps in units? Say I find the reinforcement power up before I fight anyone, can I go up to 24 if I got an AI? And then would I follow the rule for above, and select a 30fp game and double green 6fps worth, while my opponent does the same for 10fps?

1) The "T" system allows not-deploying all availible FPs. Check the "T"-system link in the first post, just above the "map" linky. VERY - HANDY - AND - SIMPLE - MOD that helps putting up compos.

2) The powerups allows reinforcements up to 30 FPs, after this the extra unit(s)-powerup means a reroll.

Check the referance on "T"-system.

The game size is set by the minimum that is needed. In your case of scenario, the 25fp game should be set, and you should leave 1 fp undeployed, while your opponent leaves 5fps undeployed.

Simple.

It may be worth putting a "Fools guide" on how to implement the "T" system on the first page just so everyone is clear about how to do it.... i.e. about how to change the Interface.cfg file

The link in the first page, just above the map linky, leads into the topic there wich describes the "T"-system rather carefully. I think that it should be foolproof enough.

I have decided to set the start at two weeks from now, at sunday, 12th of february.

Squadrons that doesn't have their player by then have gotten delayed by a reason of their own, such as difficulties with getting down from orbit trough the brawl of the spaceships above the moon, or breaking trough the warzone around the close vicinity of the Forest of Serenity. No matter the reason, they couldn't make it in time to the main rush for the Nova Cannon. They might be arriving later on, tough.

I'd take 3 x Commanders, 2 x Medics, 3 x Grenadiers, 1 x HQ and 2 x Grunts

Sorry for the extra work - but I'd *much* rather play as Marines than Machina.
