Now putting your girlfriend up is one thing...but a puppy
Saying that my whole house and garden had to be rebuilt after my dogs left puppyhood.....what a choice, the nagging girlfriend or the pooey puppy.....this match is going to be a who can lose the quickest contest |

ok DD, Knowman is willing to trade some puppy love.
'Love is in the air, la la la la la laar, love is in the air, do do do do do do doo, etc.' There is also a belt made now for the lucky trader to win and hold onto 5 traded possessions. ![]() Knowman to challenge DD, good luck. |

Quote: Nah, it's all about strategy, my friend. If I win, I'll be able to blame any mishaps around the house on the puppy - wasn't me who bumped into your car, must have been the puppy. Works like a charm. Now I just have to work on a strategy for breaking the news to the wife depending on whether I win or lose..... |

So how does this work for my next game? Do I have a choice of which item to offer for trade, or must I continue to defend the remote? Is there a difference in that respect depending on whether I'm "defending" or "challenging"? (sorry Hraz, you've all but lost. you had me worried for a bit though - good game.)

It's now official - the pony has passed to my hands. fcf 16 - 5 Hraz. Got careless with my warper on the last turns, but the game was not so one-sided as the score might suggest. Hraz had me sweating for a while, surrounding me with an AI on each side, too close to warp without doing more damage to myself.
I'll give him a good home Herr Hraz. There's a pasture on the other side of my back fence where he can frolick with some of his kin. So... who wants to attempt to wrest control of the remote from me?

Would it be possible to up the stakes and offer up two items (one of your own, and one you've won) against two similarly obtained items of someone else? It'd make getting the medal a bit quicker.......
I speak, of course, because I'm about to steal knowman's cute little dog on Compound... |

1 game gives you 1 posetion. NO CHEATING!
when you only start with compo - you think out your first possetion. then you play, you may think up a new possesion only if your current stack is empty. So it makes: if you win your initial match you get a trophy and may play next game with own possesion, having your shiny trophy shining in your sig. But if you loose second game (or 3rd, etc) you loose your own possesion and you'll be trading with trophy's and will be loosing them as long as further loosing games. To have a new "own" possesion you'll need to think-up when you'll lose all trophies. duke said. p.s. hm, i wonder if limavictor thinks i'm stalling a FT game with him. i'll play few turns on weekends, i hope |
