RING OF GOO
An isolated unit of Laser Marines is terrorised by waves of Spawn attackers. RULES: the Holder plays as marines, and sends challenge. friendly matches unless agreed otherwise in advance. 20FP wipeout matches, 15 days, 30 turns. after each match, 7 days for Holder to send new challenge or default. 7 days for Challenger to deploy as spawn, or default (doesn't count as a defence). 3 days for Holder to deploy or default. map must be The Stand. no other conditions. NB: if a player goes AWOL or retires from the belt then the next two on the list will play. The first player will take the role of Marines, unless they both come to an agreement to the contrary, although winning this match does not count as a defence for either player but rather as a "taking the belt" match. Yep, we're under-way... couple of turns in, nothing too gory yet.
I'm due some play-time this weekend (and maybe tonight, if I'm lucky) so things should be moving along at a fair clip... these games tend not to last long once the bugs hit the fan! |
