The match is going well... for me at least... the score is 11:3 to me at the moment and I think the kills will be comming thick and fast now that I have established fire superiority
I'm also having a rather good 'Tanks only' game against Dukkha, where I've gone MT heavy. But that is proving to be a much closer game due to the availabilty of AI's and the lack of scanners for target spotting... Once the games are finished I'd like to put the wholegame files on the web. I think a Missile Belt match archive would be entertaining! |

The match is now 23:3 to me. After I detonated a cluster of 3 of McMendes' MT's that seemed to be having a group hug in open ground
He only has 1 damaged MT left and I can see one HQ. I think he has another scanner squirreled away somewhere, but I'm not really bothered about that one It looks like it will be all over in a turn or two and I believe McMendes is running low on time, so I dare say I shall be sending a challenge to the next contender soon

For a bit of information Ben. There seems to be some kind of problem in your pages, since I can't download the wholegames, I just get to see a notepad with loads of weird letters (coding probably) in it.

You have to right click on the filename and select download target, make sure it doesn't save it as a ".html" file (it may be the default) but as a ".lsn" file. You can then click on it once it has downloaded and it should work fine.
I'm not entirely sure why this happens. Anyone have any ideas? It seems to want to open it as html even though the file extension is .lsn, if you select 'save target as' it defaults to wholegame.htm (or .html - can't remember). However if you change it to .lsn it downloads and works fine. |

I think this way would be fine, people are invariably lazy, so the less clicks the better. i.e. getting to archive homepage, then picking links, versus just picking links. Dates that the match finished would be handy on the archive too I think. Deployment is complete for the third Missile Belt match between Ugly Toy and myself. The lack of indestructable walls on this map (Blast Radius) should make it a short game. I dare say the whole map will be blown flat in about five turns and then it will be a HQ popping contest

Update from the front lines of Missile Belt Match 3:
Ugly Toy has taken an early lead on points after my scanner met with multiple missiles. UT's cover is dwindling fast under my barrage. No MT's lost on either side as yet, but HQ's on both sides are dangerously exposed.
