Posts: 3 12-Jun-05 16:50	Tags : None Seems the boards have died so I need to ask a question that has been asked below already. I have released my drones and such from their holding cells (via the orange power cell), but how do you get out of the holding area where the queen starts out in?

Posts: 1284 12-Jun-05 17:15 No HTML here.	Have her bite the windows and then send a buzzer through to activate the door controls. You might need to eat the control panel later so that she can squeeze her butt through the airlock.

Posts: 1 29-Aug-06 00:19	Thanks to the post above, I got how to kill the cell shields. To my eternal shame, however, I still can't get out of that f%&$!@*&?&!!!! room. My queen will only eat through the brick walls. The other walls, windows or not, are not to her liking. Is that the only way out, eating through the walls?

Posts: 3839 29-Aug-06 06:25 One by one, the penguins take my sanity	Well, the only way out is to get buzzers to go through the windows and find the locks for the doors and forcefields. It sounds like you found the forcefield controls, so now you just need to unlock the doors.... red is locked, green unlocked. If you've run out of buzzers you could eat some of your own units and try to lay more eggs, or it may be better to restart (depending on your situation) Also the other spawn units can all get out through a smaller door, if I remember correctly....

Posts: 66 16-Sep-06 07:57	What I did with the mission is start off with 1 drone in each cell and the rest spikers. I took out the commanders with spikers (trading shots through windows) and had the buzzers eat the grenadiers that are running around. use the queen to eat the middle right side window after the commander is dead then fly it all the way around to the rear of the big room on the other side of the commander/window room the buzzer has to fly through. I used goo balls through both sides windows to poison and keep roaming soldiers in place and at times used spikers to fire fight with them. hitting that second switch in the large room will release the outer door. You can use the queen to eat out the rest of the windows and fly your buzzers around to eat troops in those rooms and if not them, goo balls and spiker fire. drones only play a part in the rush down the hall way. But my advice is to take a group around 'the other way' and eat the gas tanks which will blow out the entire wall there and kill like 4-6 marines just waiting for you to get through the other hallway guard. It was pretty damn funny when I did it and use drones to mop up the survivors. I'll let you figure the rest out.
