Posts: 4 3-Aug-04 16:33	Tags : None Hello all. I am new to this game, although I have played UFO and old Laser Squad before. This mission is killing me. In around 16 turns i make 20 points, clean out all Greys in the area. But then I have to open all those pesky red doors and I am dumb enough not to know how!!! I am at a point in which I have all my 5 marines in all 5 different control panels (to doors and force fields) and I am trying a bunch of combos, but only once I had sucess in turning 2 doors from red to green. I was not prepared, so I had my ass kicked. Can anyone tell me the way to open those doors and get my reinforcements in? Thanks a lot!

Posts: 15 16-Jun-06 05:28	It is the one. I clean up the big building where you start, but can't find how to get out. There are 3 red doors, one opens on turn 29, but it's a dead end room with some greys in. I am left with 2 red doors and 30 turns to see my reinforcement killed slowly by psykers while my first men run around trying stupid things like turn every forcefield on and off one hundred times, shoot and explode a door switch i can see through a window but not get to ... I even kept the gery's regenerator alive once to try to use it to escape the place.

Posts: 3434 16-Jun-06 08:01 Speen Demon	Ok, been a while working from memory, when you head out from your starting point, you wander around there's a room with a bunch of grays and a regen sort of north?, then you keep going and there's a big room going down to the south? There's a forcefield near the bottom of that room, and there may be a couple of saucers. If this is where you're stuck, the switch is the one you see through the window near the starting area. You will need to use your commie to take out a window and the switch to open the doors. Also sometimes they open to let a saucer through if you time it right I think, but that may be a bit late to be useful. LSN: Brootal Alliance wants you! Accepting 30+ day challenges.
