This debate is nothing new and these arguments have all been heard before. So, I will repeat what I have said in the past - I like greys. I like their quirky abilities. I like the way they break rules which the other races adhere to. I think they fit very nicely with the overall character of the game. I think the balance between greys and other races is as good as you likely to get.

This makes me a minority, but in addition to my own subjective views I think it would be foolish to make any major changes to greys or any of the races, as the balance is good and changing things risks messing that up.

I don't agree with your assessment of the problem, Jaques. How long ago was it that greys came out???? 3 years or something like that. I don't think anyone can hide behind the novelty tag these days. However, I do think that they are the hardest race to master and this applies to playing with them or against them. Thus, the reason why some of the people who dislike grey, dislike them, is as you say the 'fear/dislike' factor.
