What new strategic games are you playing at the moment?
Battalion Wars 2 got delivered today, but I promised myself to do 10 hours coding before loading up!.. arg the pressure! 
Advance Wars Dark Conflict due thru the door tomorrow.

Armageddon Empires by Cryptic Comet
I'm playing this a lot at night while feeding babies, given that my internet at home is very intermittent. The demo gives you a good taste but it really opens up with the full version. It is single player only ATM, but I've had the AI give me fits. Plus you yourself have a lot of control over size of map, availability of resources, number of opponents, etc... as well as being able to custom build your armies.

Hey Redeem you seem to buy an awful lot of games, they should call you 'The Magpie' as you seem to like shiny shiny new new...then get bored quickly.

Currently downloading the Armageddon Empires demo. Frankly given that in this day and age I tend to be downloading games measured in gigabytes, there's no
excuse not trying a strategy demo that weighs in at only 60MB!

Still playing Advance Wars: Dark Conflict I couldn't do the final mission so am doing all the training missions instead, which are basically like the old
map room missions, except you don't get your choice of CO.

Indricotherium, Armageddon Empires is really cool game. Got in on my "Buy list". http://www.wesnoth.org/ - Battle for Wesnoth a open source fantasy turn-based strategy. I didn't like it much though (battles
are way to schematic), but there is a new version, so gonna test it.

When can we actually expect Mario Kart Wii? I had seen it previously on play.com and amazon for (I think) 11th April or thereabouts. About a week ago it

UFO: Afterlight is quite cheap now on Steam, that's the third UFO game which was released just last year. I'm playing it.
