The original Mastering LSN project was kicked off by Kaleb (may you one day return) but rapidly taken over by me. In those early primitive days we had no LSN Archive, no web based turn comment strucure to ease the burden of transfering the plans of genius and their tragic results from the brains of the MLSN volunteers to you, the LSN player base. The original project spanned 3 forum threads and several scattered bits of online storage, most of which are now dead links. Though I have not yet obtained a new home for the old reports, that is coming.
But why wait on the old when you can be part of the new? If you like the idea of helping out fellow LSN players, especially newcomers who are in great need of map reading, deployment choice, squad makeup, racial tactics and strategies, tip and tricks and so on consider playing an MLSN game today. If you honestly cannot handle the notion of having a defeat online for all to see, if you prefer to concede when the battle shifts against you then please do NOT volunteer for the MLSN project. Everyone in this project is a volunteer, we all need to stick it out until the game and report are all finished and the results are there to be pored over.
If you find that you don't just want to play LSN but want to become part of the lore that will carry forward teaching, helping & entertaining even after, Heaven forbid, you move on from being an active player then volunteer today. Reply below and Robmonster and I will set you up with your very own account on the site (Only needed for players and commentators! Reports are open to all!) and get you an opponent and commentator to get you going as fast as possible. Same goes for commentators. An outside dispassionate view is far more important than high rank, if you think you've got what it takes to be a ringside announcer then let us know.
Give our new system a shot. It's tested, faster, easier and a giant leap forward from the old.
PLEASE NOTE:
You may want to consider a 60 day game, the writeups do take time.
Also, periodically send a current wholegame file to you commentator so they can follow along with the action. It allows them to be as up to date as you are and greatly speeds publication of the finished report after the game has ended.

Anyone who wants to take an active part in the MLSN site will need to email me a username and password they'd like to use for the site, their email address and their Town Of Birth. Please email this to my alternate address robmonster at that dot com called gmail.
The password they give me can be changed once logged in easily enough.
The Town Of Birth is used if they forget their password. You have to key it in to get emailed your new password. I don't care if they tell me their real ToB or if they just make something up, as long as they'll remember it should they ever forget their site password. I cannot easily reset a password.
Once I've set them up I'll detail how they log in to the site.
Challenges: Against my better judgement, will be accepted (L or F) as long as they are at least 30 days.
