For the second, right-click on the file and choose 'open with'. Browse to where LSNClient.exe is (by default, C:\Program Files\Laser Squad Nemesis\LSNClient.exe) and select it. Make sure you check the 'always open this kind of file with this program' box.

For the first, go to your web client, click on where it says 'Play Turn', and click on 'Get Whole Game'.
