Send me the gramatical errors if you will, doesn't bother me, but will fix them if you point them out

will see what I can do with a non dot net client. may go back to a non MS compiler.

As for regen, etc names, there is no requirement to fill them in. you don't have to fill in everything, but I wanted to be able to create the file as specified that way if they fixed it I wouldn't have to change.

I mention this because it is relevant to installing the .NET runtimes. The reason I chose to do it as a command line native executable was so it did not require anything else to be installed. It would have been easier to write in Python but distributing it is harder.

I think I've found a bug though, the shuffle function doesn't seem to move the last name of each type (ever).

I've tried this using all 3 shuffle methods, only with marines though
