My issue was that I had the DEMO installed, just simply going to Start > All Programs > the running the UNINSTALL tool will NOT remove game to the point that the CD will work for you.

Follow the steps below...

Step 1) Open "My Computer", then open your C: drive, then open your "Program Files" folder and delete the folder called "Laser Squad Nemesis". (if you do not have this folder, proceed to Step 2)

I can not log into the web interface to download the newest version without first buying the game AGAIN.

Is this a scam?

I made the mistake of buying more than one copy, one for my wife. This is going to be a big disappointment when she finds out. And why can't you finish your game with whoever you're playing? Has your trial account run out of turns? If so you must have liked the game!

Well, I'm sorry to say I'll have to forfeit our game, it seems that I'd need to pay a monthly fee for web site access, which I'm not inclined to do at this time. You'd likely have beaten me anyway, but I'm sorry we didn't get to play it out.

Thanks for the fast reply. I tried what you suggested, and received a message stating "You cannot access the full version download until you upgrade your account." I'm not sure about all this, but does buying the physical game not give me full access to the website, online play, etc.?

I bought a copy of the game on eBay and installed it. I started an online game, and when I try to play the turn my opponent just sent me, it says "client exe out of date, please download newer version." Can anyone tell me where the newer version is, and how do I download it and not be considered to be in the free trial and only get the marines, etc.?
