I assume you are referring to things like Alliance and Specialist leagues, which are team compo's and open to new players, but not unsubscribed players. If you did mean tournaments then there are still places available in the tank convoy tourny.

Basically all compo's etc are open to all subscribed players, but not unsubscribed.
