I think the HOF could work differently. Don`t have a monthly MOM but a current MOM. All players who top the pile enter into the hall of fame.

Not too sure of the workings, but I guess at the moment its possible to get in the hall of fame one month and then maybe not play another game but still get into the hall of fame for another month (with not actually playing a game).

They then hold the MOM title until another player manages to get to a higher row (again alone in that row) and steals the title.

Or something like that.
