Have allowed my 7-year-old son to play around with the campaign missions & tutorials. Told him he'd have to work it out for himself, for the most part, but that if I was around I'd give him advice on deployment etc. Also told him that at some point I'd be up for playing a hotseat game with him, but that there wasn't much point till I'd showed him at least the basics of how to play.

Came back from weekend away to find that he's partway through all 4 first...

That's it, man, game over, game over!!

All good things must come to an end, and now that I've acheived the only goal I ever really had in LSN (getting to the top of Elite), I think it's time to call it quits. I'll finish out the end of the season in Alliance, but otherwise I'll be turning down any outstanding challenges. I love the game, but life is just a bit too busy now. Hopefully Codo will lure me back one day with new features, though.

Thanks for all the games, guys, enjoyed every one of them!...

Need more new maps?

How do people feel with the amount of maps available at present?

Do you like lots of new maps to keep things fresh? Or is there only a few you like to play on?

Quality over quantity?

I have some spare time now to mod the list we have now plus any new maps that are added

You haven't heard from me in a while, so I think it's about time I explain what I have been up to. I thought moving to Bulgaria and buying a flat would be a financially manageable way of continuing independent development. However, the rennovation of the flat proved to be a major nightmare, because the the whole construction industry here is in some kind of mega-boom with property prices going up 30% last year. Hence, it has been very difficult to get workers...

I know I don't post on the main forums that much but I just felt I wanted to mark this occasion Just looked at my first e-mail I got when I subscribed to LSN as Braytac asked me in a game how long I have been playing and it's my 5 year
Isn't that legally speaking a bit dubious? Can't remember whether it was in the last subscription reminder (I'm assuming it was as nothing else in LSN has been changed) but if it was I could...

Hi People we really need a sub for spec league, 15th of March I have a player away that needs filling (Race Greys this time) and I'm sure other games will turn up in the future. The Team is the Bad Tempered Anvils and the spot would be good for someone that wants a small role in a team to start them off
